Anvay Study — Learn, Connect, Achieve

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 July 2026 · Effective for the Anvay Study pilot

Draft notice: a starting point reflecting the current pilot, not reviewed by a lawyer yet. Anvay Innolabs LLP should have this reviewed, and the placeholders completed, before onboarding any school outside a controlled pilot.

1. Who this is for

Anvay Study is provided by Anvay Innolabs LLP to students, parents, teachers, and staff of participating schools, using a class pass code or info code issued by the school. Access requires a working phone number to receive a one-time sign-in code.

2. Accounts & profiles

You're responsible for keeping your class code and device access reasonably secure. One phone number may hold more than one profile (for example, siblings in different classes). Parents create their own profile and enter their child's name and roll number — a parent profile does not give the child their own login.

3. Acceptable use

Anvay Study exists for genuine doubt-solving and school communication — not for sharing exam answers during a test, bullying, harassment, impersonation, spam, or posting anything that wouldn't be acceptable in a classroom. Staff and school admins can remove content or restrict access that breaks these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, answers, announcements, and comments you post. By posting, you allow Anvay Study to display that content to the classmates, parents, or staff it's meant to reach (including platform-wide, for doubts marked or escalated to "Open to All"), and to store it as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantee on answers

Answers come from classmates, not verified teachers or Anvay Innolabs LLP, unless a staff member has posted them. We don't guarantee they're correct — use your judgement, and check with a teacher when it matters.

6. Suspension & termination

We (or your school's staff/admins) may suspend or remove access for accounts that break these terms, and a school may end access for its class at any time, for example at the end of an academic year when pass codes are reissued.

7. Service "as is"

Anvay Study is currently offered free of charge during the pilot, provided as-is without uptime guarantees. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
